How do we learn as individuals, how do we learn together, and what data can we gather to prove this? I love asking these questions, though, not in a void. I crave team environments that value intrapreneurship, human-centered and research-based design, and that take on long-term projects, programs and products that serve learning communities (be they schools, companies, foundations, or universities).
